The former Central Connecticut State University student who was expelled after equipping a drone with a gun is reportedly facing child pornography charges this morning.
The New Haven Register newspaper says Austin Haughwout was served with an arrest warrant yesterday.
The 20-year-old Clinton resident made national news last year after authorities say he posted a 14-second YouTube video showing a drone firing a handgun in the woods.
He later posted a second video showing another drone with a flame thrower.
