Firefighters in Fairfield are filing for arbitration.

They claim that they have been working without a contract since July 2021.

Now negotiations have broken down between them and the town's administration.

During the process of arbitration, the letter stresses that the citizens of Fairfield will not see a change and there will be no difference in service.
