Organizations in Fairfield say there's a housing crisis and they're calling on Gov. Ned Lamont to act quickly.
Operation Hope and the Fairfield Housing Authority are calling on Lamont to reconsider plans to distribute the nearly $3 billion in federal American Rescue funds.
They're asking for money for both short and long-term affordable housing for residents.
