It will be a battle for state rugby supremacy this weekend in Westport where nationally ranked Fairfield Prep and Greenwich will go at it.
The Jesuits have won New England championships before but are still searching for their first ever Division 1 state title.
"It's a privilege to play this late in the season and we're just pretty jazzed to be out there and take the field on Saturday," first year head coach Kevin Kery said.
Prep practiced indoors Wednesday due to the poor air quality but was back outside at Barlow field on Thursday.
"We're totally stoked. Last time we played Greenwich, we played them tight. Ever since then, we've gotten 10 times better. We've never been more locked in for a game," senior Brice Muller said.
Admission to Saturday's match is free with play set to begin at 5 p.m. at Staples High School.
