Police in Virginia say a teenage boy from Fairfield has died in a car accident.
Officers say Joseph Kulaga, 14, was in a car with his father and three other people when the car went off the road and hit a tree in King George County Tuesday.
They say they charged Kulaga's father with reckless driving.
