A teenager from Fairfield is determined to save lives by placing defibrillators in as many locations possible.
During lockdown, 16-year-old Andrew Fuller began training as a first responder.
"I was getting notifications on my phone about stories about people going into cardiac arrest and there not being an AED around," said Fuller. "I am like, wait we don't have them in parks, we don't have them at our beaches, lets just change that."
He started a
fundraiser to help raise money to get the AEDs around town, and it grew from there.
