The family of the cab driver who was stabbed to death this week in Norwalk is asking for the public's help to pay for his funeral.
Police say 51-year-old Jackson Pierre-Louis was stabbed to death while working as a cab driver early Monday morning.
The family says he was a hardworking cab driver who deserves a proper burial that unfortunately they cannot afford.
His wife Marie, who does not speak English, is heartbroken. The family says she now has four mouths to feed on her own.
They are hoping to raise the $11,000 through donations.
