A Stamford family is searching for its missing cat Tuesday after its home was destroyed by a falling tree.
The Rosen family says 13-year-old Lily was last seen Sunday. Family members say they were not home when the heavy winds caused the tree to topple onto their home.
Lily is described as a multicolored Calico and long-haired Maine coon cat with green eyes. Family members say they adopted Lily along with their dog Sierra, and the two have been best friends ever since.
Family members are handing out fliers in hopes of finding Lily.
