Two people were displaced after a fire sparked at a home in Stamford.
The fire happened around 3:30 Saturday afternoon at a house on High Ridge Road.
Crews say smoke came from the second floor and the fire may have started in the kitchen.
Deputy Chief Patrick Tripodi of the Stamford Fire Department says about 40 career and volunteer firefighters came out to help put out the flames.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
