17h agoA man was knocked into a trench in Norwalk during an accident involving a backhoe, fire officials say.
The incident happened Tuesday at an excavation site.
Fire officials say the man was accidently bumped into the hole by the backhoe operator.
Firefighters extricated the man from the trench and treated his injuries .
The man was brought to Norwalk Hospital with minor injuries
