9h agoAt least one home in Litchfield County had to be evacuated due to flooding following excessive rainfall Sunday.
The most dramatic impact can be seen at Kent Falls State Park where the water was really running fast. For a good part of the day Monday, Route 7 was flooded along the Housatonic River.
One road project that was underway on Bulls Bridge Road washed out.
Things are looking better, but officials say there could be another wave of water from the north so they will remain on guard.
