Greenwich businessman Tom Foley says he will probably run again for governor.
The Republican appeared at a news conference yesterday for GOP Senate candidate Linda McMahon.
Foley lost to Gov. Dannel Malloy in 2010 by more than 6,000 votes.
He used to be the U.S. ambassador to Ireland.
