Two of the three candidates running for governor met for another debate .
Gov. Dannel Malloy was joined by petitioning candidate Joe Visconti in West Hartford.
Republic candidate Tom Foley says his campaign could not reach an agreement with those hosting the debate, so he decided not to participate.
All the candidates will face off in one more debate before Election Day.
