Former Connecticut Gov. John Rowland is waking up in a prison cell today. Federal marshals say Rowland reported to prison yesterday to begin serving a two-and-a-half year sentence for campaign fraud.

Former Connecticut Gov. John Rowland is waking up in a prison cell today.
Federal marshals say Rowland reported to prison yesterday to begin serving a two-and-a-half year sentence for campaign fraud.
The 59-year-old was convicted of trying to hide work he did on two failed congressional campaigns in 2012 and 2010.
Rowland resigned as governor in 2004, and later spent 10 months in federal prison for corruption.
