A former Norwalk Police Officer of the Year was arraigned on allegations that he stalked and harassed his ex-wife and her boyfriend.

Officer Hector Delgado was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant charging him with stalking and harassment.

The couple told investigators there had been multiple incidents. Norwalk police say Delgado has been placed on leave and an internal affairs investigation is being conducted.

He'll be in court again on March 11.
