The Bridgeport community is mourning the death of 42-year-old Olivia Bravo, who died of bone cancer Thursday.
News 12 first told Bravo's story in March, when she was facing eviction from her home.
Too sick to work, the single mother reached out to local viewers for donations and was able to live out her life in her home after viewers donated more than $8,000.
Now, Bravo's mother and daughter need to get back to their native Puerto Rico. They are asking the community to come together one last time in support of Bravo.
