? Hundreds attended the funeral this morning in Manhattan for the three young girls killed in the Christmas Day fire in Stamford.
The funeral for 10-year-old Lilly Badger and 7-year-old twin sisters Grace and Sara Badger was held at St. Thomas Episcopal Church.
In attendance were dozens of Stamford firefighters, many of whom responded to the early morning fire.
The eulogy was delivered by the children's mother, Madonna Badger, who managed to escape the flames. She said her daughters' memories will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved them.
Firefighters say the fire, which also killed the children's grandparents, started from smoldering embers reportedly taken from the fireplace because the girls were worried that Santa would not make it down the chimney.
