Parents' Weekend at UConn's campus had an eye-raising start when one of the buildings had to be evacuated.

A full hazmat response was ordered at the Gant science complex around 4 p.m. Friday.

The school did not say if a substance was spilled. News 12 is told one person was being checked out as a precaution.
