Garages catch fire, threaten homes on Turney Road in Fairfield neighborhood
A garage on Turney Road caught fire in Fairfield around 9:30 p.m. Friday, and jumped to the garage next door, threatening both homes.

Friday's Mega Millions drawing offers estimated $1.15 billion jackpot
12h agoA garage on Turney Road caught fire in Fairfield around 9:30 p.m. Friday, and jumped to the garage next door, threatening both homes.
Firefighters were able to get the fire out before it damaged either of the homes.
Both garages were destroyed, but there were no cars inside.
Police tell News 12 everyone inside the homes was able to get out safely.
