The Garden Homes Fund has announced the opening of a new affordable housing development for families in Stamford.
The David Martin Apartments was named in honor of former Stamford mayor David Martin.
The 17-unit affordable housing will be available to families with a median income of roughly $40,000 to $80,000. It will also be the first all-ages affordable building.
