More than $14 million in federal grants will be going toward building more charging stations for electric cars, according to Gov. Ned Lamont.
The stations will be expanding through seven communities across the state, including Bridgeport, New Haven and Stamford.
Gov. Lamont says the funds will make it easier for people to switch over to cleaner cars to benefit the environment.
