A Greenwich captain has a safe and easy way for people to enjoy the holiday weekend.

Captain Sal Albanese has been boating on Long Island Sound for more than 40 years.
The former US Coast Guard Master Captain now runs Greenwich Yacht Charters. With his newest yacht upgrade, he says you can join the people who are doing local staycations during this pandemic, while being safe and social distancing.

"It's a great way to somewhat forget what's going on land and enjoy the sea, which is a much safer environment. Especially if you've been quarantined with your family," Albanese said.

The captain says he cleans his boat after every trip.

Albanese says he's already pretty much booked for this Memorial Day weekend. He's already booking out for the Fourth of July weekend.
