After a long renovation, the Greenwich Historical Society's newly re-imagined campus officially opened to public this weekend.
As News 12 has reported, the society built a 10,000 square foot museum, library and archive building that looks out onto the Bush-Holley historical site.
With the grand opening, the campus' inaugural exhibition also opened.
It is entitled "History Is" and it encourages visitors to reflect on how history as impact their lives and the way people interpret history.
Paintings from the Cos Cob art colony and rarely seen items from the society's collections were on display.
Close to 400 people attended the open house.
The society is opened seven days a week for people to visit its cafe, galleries, museum and gardens.
