Greenwich officials say the town will be expanding its affordable housing project thanks to federal and state funding.
The funding will be used to renovate 54 units at Quarry Knolls.
The project will replace units that have not been remodeled and add more housing to the development, which is run by Greenwich Communities. The town's first selectman says the units will blend into the community.
Once the project is complete, over 6% of the town’s housing will be considered affordable housing.
