Empy's Day Spa owner Empy Maria Constante moved from Colombia in 1982 and started the salon in 1986. A range of services from hair to nail appointments are available.
First Selectman Fred Camillo gifted them a certification of special recognition. It's one of his first stops as the reelected first selectman.
