Teachers at Hart Magnet Elementary School in Stamford have created an inspirational video with messages of hope for students who are learning at home during the pandemic.
Although teachers can't see their students in person right now, they want them to know they miss them so they're sending their love virtually.
"This is our children's 9/11, this is a very unprecedented time where kids particularly don't know what the next day is going to bring," school principal Linda Darling says.
Videos like the one made by teachers at Hart Magnet Elementary have been popping up throughout the Stamford Public Schools, and in other districts across the state.
"The best lesson we could teach our children is to be brave, things are going to get better and we're going to help support them and their families to get through it too," Darling says.
