A Harwinton man appeared in federal court Thursday on several charges related to the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol.
Richard Crosby is accused of obstructing justice, entering a restricted building and disorderly conduct. More charges are pending in Washington, D.C.
The judge said Crosby is cooperating with the investigation. He was released on several conditions.
His next court appearance in Washington is June 8.
