Local vendors from dance and yoga studios were at the Sherman Green offering residents of all ages different ways to be more physically active.
The Fairfield Health Department sponsored the event.
The Bigelow Center for Senior Activities was also there for older residents.
Organizers say the event gives people more tools to improve their health.
