A hearing will be held later this week to decide if a man convicted of killing three people Bridgeport is competent for the penalty phase of his trial.
Richard Roszkowski could be sentenced to death for shooting and killing Thomas Gaudet, Holly Flannery, her 9-year old daughter Kylie in 2006.
A jury sentenced him to death in 2009, but the verdict was overturned because the judge made a mistake when he was giving the jury instructions.
