Litchfield County investigators are trying to determine the cause of a fire that destroyed a barn in Harwinton.
The fire began at 1 p.m. Friday on Hill Road and became a two-alarm fire when it spread to a detached garage.
No one was hurt.
News 12 is told three horses that were trapped inside the barn managed to escape.
