It's Restaurant Week in Passaic County, and 16 participating restaurants are serving up their best dishes all week long.
The event was canceled last year, and now, many local restaurants are pushing through a pandemic-related labor shortage.
But owners are glad the event is making a comeback.
"It's a struggle, I mean it's a struggle as far as finding people to work in the kitchen,” says Marc Marchesani, co-owner of Blackjack Mulligan's Public House. “But it's good, though. It's getting people in. It helps big time. It helps big time just to highlight our business."
Passaic County Restaurant Week runs through Sunday.
