The former Milford police officer who was convicted last week in connection to the deaths of two teens from Orange is challenging the jury's verdict.

Jason Anderson's lawyer has asked the judge to throw out his convictions of misconduct with a motor vehicle and reckless driving.

Police records show that Anderson was driving 94 mph when he crashed into the teens' car.

He faces up to ten years in prison.
