Judge orders Fairfield man accused of berating Robek's employee in TikTok video to stay away from store

A judge has ordered a Fairfield man accused of berating and throwing a smoothie at a Robek's employee after his child had an allergic reaction, to stay away from the store.

A judge has ordered a Fairfield man accused of berating and throwing a smoothie at a Robek's employee after his child had an allergic reaction, to stay away from the store.
James Iannazzo appeared in court Monday for the first time since the Jan. 22 incident.  
Iannazzo is facing several charges including bigotry or bias in the second degree and breach of peace.
The judge ordered Iannazzo to stay away from the store.
Iannazzo's rant was caught on video and posted to TikTok as he yelled at Robek's employees after his son had an apparent allergic reaction.
He's also accused of throwing a beverage at an employee.
