A judge set bond at $250,000 for a Bridgeport man who allegedly stabbed another man to death during an argument.
State police say Anthony Espinal, 36, fatally stabbed Bryant Kelly, 26, last Thursday along exit 5 on Route 8 in Bridgeport.
Police say witnesses reported seeing two men fighting on the side of the highway.
Defense attorney John Gulash says Kelly cut Espinal off while driving, clipping the back of his car. Gulash says when both men pulled over, Kelly verbally threatened his client.
Gulash says Espinal was not able to make bond.
Espinal is charged with murder and is scheduled to be back in court Jan. 13.
