Lamont announces additional coronavirus relief funding to assist schools with fall operations
 BRIEFING UPDATES:
-8,984 tests were administered and 20 came back positive (0.22% positivity rate)
-66 patients are hospitalized (increase of 7)
-For 3rd day in a row, no COVID-related deaths were reported
-Education Commissioner Miguel Cardona says latest data shows it is safe for in person learning in September. 
-Gov. Ned Lamont says he is launching the National Guard to help with Isaias recovery effort.
-National Guard will be embedded with UI and Eversource.
-Initial phase of deployment will involve four teams that will support state and local authorities in removing large debris blocking roadways.
