Lamont: Connecticut's COVID-19 positivity rate hits 3% for first time since June

There were 434 new cases in the past 24 hours out of more than 14,000 administered.

Connecticut's COVID-19 positivity rate has hit 3% for the first time since June, Gov. Ned Lamont announced Tuesday.
There were 434 new cases in the past 24 hours out of more than 14,000 administered.
There have also been five additional COVID-19 deaths and an increase of 22 hospitalizations.
Hospitalizations have surpassed 200, with 217 total.
