Lamont: People in their 20s now make up biggest age group of coronavirus cases

-11,453 tests were administered and 114 came back positive (0.995% positivity rate)
-65 patients are hospitalized (1 fewer than Wednesday)
-9 COVID-related deaths reported
-Former FDA Commissioner Scott Gottleib, who also sits on the board of Pfizer, said many companies are manufacturing vaccines "at-risk" so that there will be a supply ready to go once they are approved.
