Republican and Democratic legislative leaders say they want to revisit Gov. Dannel Malloy's budget cuts to hospitals and social service programs.
State legislators met yesterday with Gov. Malloy and agreed the current $20 billion budget is at least $350 million in the red.
The Connecticut Hospital Association says hospitals can't take any more cuts after years of reductions and taxes.
