A new lawsuit has been filed in connection with a fight at a Shelton house party that led to the death of a Fairfield teen in 2022.

One of the other teens who was stabbed in the fight has now sued the homeowners, Paul and Susanna Leifer.

Police said an incident at their home led to another confrontation later that night at a different location.

Thomas Connery says he suffered numerous injuries in the same fight that left Jimmy McGrath dead.

A Milford teen has been charged in McGrath's killing outside a home on Laurel Glen Drive in Shelton.
