Police were involved in a chase on I-95 this morning.
State police say it started near exit 18 in Westport.
Police say Lutfee Abdul-Halim refused to stop for a trooper and officers chased him to exit 13 in Norwalk where he had to be Tazered.
Police say Abdul-Halim was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
