A Bridgeport man is facing assault charges after police say he attacked his ex-girlfriend outside a hookah lounge.
Police say Joey Philson, 22, was arrested early Sunday outside the Sky Hookah Lounge on Kings Highway East in Fairfield.
Officers say Philson was one of four men who were refusing to leave the premises.
They say he then left the group and followed his ex-girlfriend to the parking lot, attacked her and dented the hood of her car.
