The Bridgeport man accused of killing his parents and dismembering their bodies is headed back to court this week. 
Kyle Navin pleaded not guilty to murdering his parents last summer.
Police say Navin buried their remains in Weston, where police found them last October.
His girlfriend, from Westport, is also facing charges for allegedly helping him plan the murders.
Navin is set to face a judge Tuesday.
