A 22-year-old man accused of throwing his 7-month-old son off a bridge in Middletown last summer has reportedly rejected a plea deal.
The Hartford Courant says Tony Moreno rejected the deal on Tuesday because the prison sentence offered was "too long."
Moreno has pleaded not guilty.
His son Aaden's body was found in the Connecticut River in July, days after Moreno allegedly threw him off the bridge.
