Bridgeport police say a baby sitter is under arrest for sexually assaulting the young girls he was hired to watch.
Police say Jhevanne Miller, 22, broke down and cried when he was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting 7- and 8-year-old girls.
Investigators say the victims claim Miller played "sex games" with them over an extended periods of time.
