Police in Orange say a man is facing several charges after threatening workers at a Chuck E. Cheese's restaurant.
Stephen Soares, 38, allegedly left behind several empty liquor bottles at his table late last month and threatened workers with a handgun.
Police say when workers tried to stop him from driving under the influence, he lifted up his shirt to reveal a handgun and asked employees, "who is going to do something?"
Soares was charged with threatening and breach of peace.
Soares is expected to be in court Tuesday.
