A man has been arrested and a ghost gun recovered following a police foot chase at Trumbull Gardens on Tuesday.
Bridgeport police were conducting "Stop, Walk and Talks" on Trumbull Avenue when Javier Cabrera fled, entering an occupied apartment.
He attempted to conceal a Glock handgun with scratched-off serial numbers in a bag and was also found with pre-packaged drugs.
Cabrera faces eight charges and is being held on a $150,000 bond.
