9h agoA Westport psychiatrist is facing additional sexual assault charges following two new incidents, according to police.
Lazaro Pomeraniec, who has a practice in Fairfield, was charged Monday with two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault.
Police say the charges stem from separate incidents. One of the new charges was already under investigation when he was first arrested in June for allegedly assaulting a patient.
