One man facing charges in Stamford for allegedly stabbing a person in the neck.
Victor Florez-Lucero was arrested yesterday.
Police say Lucero got into a fight with another man on Rose Park Avenue and was found in his apartment with a bloody knife.
They say they think the men were arguing over a woman and that alcohol may have been a factor.
The victim is in stable condition.
