Westport police say a man is facing charges for shooting a landscaper with a pellet gun.
Police say they arrested Eric Lindhal on Saturday afternoon.
They say Lindhal fired the pellet gun on Hillspoint Road and hit the worker who was cleaning the grounds of the Parent Child Center.
Officers say the victim was hit in the arm and treated by EMTs at the scene.
