A Stratford man is behind bars after police say he broke into his mechanics home.
Thomas Pierelli, 23,was arrested earlier this week.
Police say the incident occurred on Sept. 7 when Pierelli confronted the man at his home with a handgun.
They say after demanding money, Pierelli fled with $75.
He is now facing robbery charges and being held on $150,000 bond.
